SERVICE TWO: GRANT OF PROBATE ASSISTANCE SERVICE
- We will obtain the Grant of Probate on your behalf and leave you to deal with the administration of your loved one’s estate
We will:
- Advise on the terms of the will
- Advise you as your duties/ responsibilities as an executor
- Advise on setting up the trust provision within the will
- Ascertain the estate’s assets and liabilities
- Assistance for completion of either PA1, IHT 205 or IHT 400 forms
- Advice on preparing your appointment with the Probate Registry
- Submitting the application to the Probate Registry
Upon receipt of the Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration we will:
- Completion of stock transfer forms
- Completion of claim forms
- Advice on the collection of assets and payment of any liabilities
- Completion of HMRC form R27
- Advice on distribution to beneficiaries
- Drafting of estate accounts to provide to beneficiaries
